Meet Sam Rehan - Founding Alliance Member and Advisory Council
We are super delighted to introduce you to Sam Rehan. She is our first founding Alliance member with Ailm Dara. An Alliance member is an expert in their field. We carefully select Alliance members who offer practical & pragmatic tools and solutions for people to advance their life goals. These experts are practitioners, educators, coaches, energy healers and therapists.
Sam Rehan is a high-impact Well-being Professional and Stress Management expert, born and based in the UK but globally active. Sam’s significant experience includes over 3 decades of expertise from corporate management and training and a background in health, science and scientific research.
She has a global outlook: she has been a corporate trainer for 21 years and previously taught medical software to medics and professionals in over 44 locations worldwide. Sam is a Professional Member of the International Stress Management Association and has a BSc. in
Biological Sciences, as well as qualifications in anatomy and physiology, holistic therapies (Craniosacral Therapy and EFT) and cognitive coaching. She is a facilitator for ‘The Way of Council’ group process, which offers a way of communicating that encourages attentive listening and honest, compassionate expression and makes room for new insights and understandings in decision-making.Â
Sam is a Mind Instructor for the workplace wellbeing app Revoola, which features over a dozen of her classes. She is also a published author: her health and self-development book Laugh More is available on Audible, Kindle and in print. Sam is passionate about providing wellbeing support for all—all groups of people, workplaces, charities and communities. She works with flexibility and inclusion and facilitates with high energy, enthusiasm and expertise.
